Who is this unlucky one who had some kind of foul relationship with a cow?

Well, a motorcyclist,  as though his day is not bad enough,  woke up at the wee hour, riding his bike to work…  it was dark out there.. and there were a herd of cows near the side of the road,.. and he did not see it clearly, and crash onto one of the lying cow, flung out and was lying like a dead man.

He had a fractured left leg broken arm and a broken right shoulder. He was hospitalized at the nearby hospital and paid a hefty bill but what most concern him is he is unable to go to work for a month to nurse the injury.

The incident happened the day before yesterday at 6am in the early morning where the sight is not really clear, with thick fog and little light.

Who was the irresponsible person had left the herd of cows unattended?
